I recently purchased a Mercedes E class cabriolet from the guys here at Glasshoughton car sales , I am normally very distrustful of car sales people, but Ben & Ben made a refreshing change , great to deal with and sorted a minor issue out very promptly. Update at bottom* Not actually bought a car from these yet, however thought I would review as I have been a few times for viewing of vehicles. The staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. The vehicles seem of great quality, competitive prices and come with standard or extended warranty. Good selection to cater for all price ranges, including run about small cars, right up to 4x4, executive and prestige. All of good quality with a variety of mileage. I keep looking here as it seems like a good company, no pressure sales and a good turnover of stock. Recommended reservation of a vehicle if you like one as they go fast. Finance, warranty and part exchange deals available. Well worth a look. Thank you * update: recently visited as I was interested in purchasing a vehicle....tbh I was disappointed, didn't seem very interested in my questions about the vehicle and unfortunately we're quiet negative about my proposed part exchange vehicle. Didn't seem interested in negotiating. Hopefully a one off experience. Thanks.

1st class service. I have bought several cars over the phone only and once again wasn’t disappointed in any way. Having the correct questions to ask ensures honesty and Ben B fully fulfilled all criteria. The car BMW 320d was immaculate throughout and had everything on board as stated, really pleased with the result. Ben gave up most of his time in the evenings to ensure all requested was met that day. Delivery was top marks too, James was the shipper and an absolute pleasure to meet. Bought a nice VW Polo R-Line for my son couple of months ago,fantastic spec & low mileage. Had a minor problem with heated seat warmer on drivers seat- took the car back and the guys at Glasshoughton got it fixed with no bother at all. Great job!
